Since 1997, Las Vegas has been the home of one of the talented chefs that Italy has produced. He is one of the youngest executive chefs in the Las Vegas area.
Emilio LaScala was born in Desio, Milan, Italy. At a very young age, Emilio began his career in the food and beverage industry at one of his father’s restaurants. Like his brother before him, it was there Emilio realized his love for food. While attending Scuola Alberghiera Valle Sana, one of Italy’s most prestigious culinary schools, Emilio continued working in his Father’s restaurants improving his skills. Emilio and his brother were mentored by Iginio Massari and Vittorio Santoro, two of Italy’s best culinary artists.
After Graduating with honors from culinary school, Emilio worked for esteemed award winning chefs like Abbondio Pini & Giancarlo Rodondi.
