The International Food & Beverage Forum Hall of Fame Society Induction Dinner
Location: "Cafe Blue" Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas Time: 6:00 pm Attire: Dark Suit Entrance: $150.00 per person

The event will start with a Champagne Reception and a selection of very special Hors d’oeuvres.

After the Cocktail you will be served a five-course Dinner “With a French Touch”, prepared by visiting Master Chefs Daniel Barratier, Executive Sous-Chef, The Greenhouse – London, England and René Mathieu, Château de Bourglinster, Luxembourg. They will be joined by Chefs and students of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College of Las Vegas under the guidance of Heinz Lauer, Culinary Program Chair & Executive Chef.

Each course will be accompanied by fine wines from around the world.

After the first course the Founder of the International Food & Beverage Forum Hall of Fame Society Dr. hc Kurt H. Fischer will officially induct new members of the Society and the 2010 International Food & Beverage Forum Hall of Fame Honorees: - Gamal Aziz, CEO & President of MGM Mirage Hospitality, COO & President of MGM Grand Las Vegas - Allen Shoup, Founder & Managing Partner of Long Shadows Vintners, Seattle - Paul Hsu, Executive Director, Elite Concepts Ltd, Hong Kong

Following the main course several items will be auctioned off “live” for the benefit of young hospitality students.

Dinner music will be performed by the Dehner Franks Trio.
