"The International Food & Beverage Forum Wine Awards Committee" Time:  10:00 am The IF&B Forum Wine Awards Committee will taste the entered wines and select winners for each country, some larger wine regions and some specific varietals. The committee will select a total of 15 winners. Villeroy & Boch will donate a special trophy for each winner. Those trophies will be displayed at the winner’s table during the Grand Gourmet Safari on Thursday evening.
