I’m interested in human contact – hospitality is a people business – and in producing high-quality work. By nature I’m an optimist: I’m generally in a good mood and I like to look on the bright side of things! I like to encourage my students to make the most of every single moment, because nobody knows what tomorrow will bring. Each person is unique – it’s important to be able to draw on each person’s individual richness.
